The new "My Plate" much simpler than the pyramid


The new "My Plate" is supposed to be a simpler way of explaining what it is, and how much, we are supposed to eat every day.And I like it it's so much simpler than the pyramid,My Plate is divided into categories: Fruits, vegetables, protein, grains and dairy. 

This simplified the wondering of what kinds of food  and portion sizes we should have on our plate instead of the old food pyramid

I have chose to walk a mile a day and am quite proud of my self,and feel a lot Better

and the Hardest for me  i have gave up soda.

Make at least half your grains whole.Vary your veggies.Focus on fruits.Get your calcium-rich foods.Go lean with protein.
