simple changes to getting fit plus info on get for summer event









Hi Thanks for stopping by to be sure to check out my Get fit for summer event if you are following me than you know i have been working very hard in getting fit this summer. You can read all about my first post about losing weight here.



Since my last post i have lost 6 more pounds for a total of 16lbs lost so far my goal is to lose  51 pounds so i have 35 more to go.

I have made simple changes in my eating habits and find myself getting fuller a lot sooner.

I still have my Coffee in the morning but am using sweet n low in stead of regular sugar. I went through a few sweeteners till i found one i liked the most.It all depends on what works for you as long as the calories are very low or 0,For butter i have been using i can't believe it's not butter spray it has 0 calories in it.I used to drink lots of soda  a ton of soda  actually, now I'am only drinking water now and it has been very hot so ice cold water is the best! especially after a workout.When i want flavor i just add the wylers light or crystal light which has a new cherry flavor out or i drink the pink lemonade.



I have been eating a lot more fruits and vegetables and it's starting to really show.

  1. I LOVE sweaty bands. I wear them all the time when I am playing tennis. Best invention ever!
