Family Movie Night

How about a Family Movie night sometimes we make something special or we order pizza and after dinner we sit down to watch are movies.With some tasty snacks Movie night in are house consists of Popcorn and candy. Unfortunately when my son eats popcorn it looks like he popped the popcorn all over the living room.So even the dogs enjoy movie night because they get to eat his popcorn.

A few years ago my husband found this Favorite Hot Dog Recipe that he loves 

Bacon Cheese Dogs

• 8 slices bacon
• 8 all-beef hot dogs
• 8 hot dog buns
• 8 slices Swiss cheese
• 1/2 cup barbeque sauce, or amount to taste
• 1 small red onion,diced

Directions

1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat. Lightly oil grate, and set 4 inches from the heat.
2. Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels.
3. Place hot dogs on grill; cook until browned, 5 to 8 minutes, turning once, or until done to suit your taste. Lightly grill hot dog buns.
4. To assemble sandwiches, place a slice of cheese and bacon on each roll. Add a hot dog, top each with 1 tablespoon barbeque sauce, or desired amount, and red onion.

  Calories: 493 | Total Fat: 30.5g | Cholesterol: 66mg

Here's a little Tip For the Hot Dog Buns steam them for really tasty soft buns!

Just use a a double broiler i use my steamer add a little water bring it to a boil put the buns in for about a minute or less and you have really tasty hot Dog Buns.

 Having a teen in the house there needs to be snacks around the house,So i really love when they're are healthier options instead of snacks packed full of sugar and fat.First we tried the Snicker Doodle Cookies,These were a hit they had the perfect amount of vanilla and cinnamon spices and really left you're mouth watering for more.The oatmeal raisin were just as tasty very soft and chewy.Next where the Chocolate chip cookies again soft and chewy just the right amount of Chocolate chips in every bite.Than the brownie bites wrapped like a little cupcake made with dark chocolate were a perfect bite size treat soft,moist and chewy.
